Job Title: Activity & Experiential Coordinator (PRN)

Reports To: Outpatient Program Manager

Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC, established in 2009, is a growing, behavioral healthcare treatment platform treating adults with substance use disorder and co-occurring conditions under the Northpoint Recovery brand and adolescents with mental healthcare conditions under the Imagine by Northpoint brand. The Company serves patients with commercial health insurance and is an in-network model. Northpoint has grown from two facilities to fifteen today entirely on a de novo basis with plans to expand rapidly in both existing and new markets. POSITION SUMMARY: As a member of the Northpoint Recovery team, the Activity & Experiential Coordinator (PRN) is responsible for providing activity-based group sessions, risk assessments, case management services, orientation, and discharge planning to clients.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

  • Case staffing
  • Project based group facilitation; music, art, recreation, mindfulness, skill building
  • Professional and timely documentation
  • Consultation with the multi-disciplinary treatment team and other clinical professionals
  • Review of case record maintenance
  • Treatment planning
  • Case management
  • Risk assessment and Crisis Intervention
  • Discharge planning
  • Administrative support
  • Biopsychosocial assessments
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with established policies and procedures and standards of care
  • Other clinically appropriate services and special projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION:

  • Bachelor’s Degree of Social Sciences preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience in relevant field required
  • An understanding of and adherence to the ethical standards of the respective license adopted by the governing board for licensure
  • Adherence to Compliance Program Plan

  • Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of organization
  • Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism
  • Ability to effectively prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

REQUIRED CERTIFICATES/LICENSES/REGISTRATIONS:

  • Must maintain current and nationally accredited CPR/First Aid/AED certification

Status: PRN

Pay: $22.00 - $ 30.00 per hour
