Job Title: Admissions Representative

Reports To: Admissions Manager

Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC, established in 2009, is a growing, behavioral healthcare treatment platform treating adults with substance use disorder and co-occurring conditions under the Northpoint Recovery brand and adolescents with mental healthcare conditions under the Imagine by Northpoint brand. The Company serves patients with commercial health insurance and is an in-network model. Northpoint has grown from two facilities to fifteen today entirely on a de novo basis with plans to expand rapidly in both existing and new markets. POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Coverage of Admissions phone line, online chats, and emails
  • Have an in-depth understanding of Northpoint’s programs to be able to answer initial questions and encourage patients to join treatment
  • Explain insurance benefits to potential patients/clients and their families
  • Discuss payment options with potential patients/clients and/or family members or fiduciaries
  • Drive Company vehicle for official and approved and business; ensure safe transport of patients

EDUCATION:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field is preferred but not required

EXPERIENCE:

Two (2) years’ experience in a behavioral health or substance abuse field would really

Job Type: Full-time

Pay:

  • Pay starts at $21.00 an hour
  • Quarterly performance bonus eligible, up to 15% of base pay
