Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC, established in 2009, is a growing, behavioral healthcare treatment platform treating adults with substance use disorder and co-occurring conditions under the Northpoint Recovery brand and adolescents with mental healthcare conditions under the Imagine by Northpoint brand. The Company serves patients with commercial health insurance and is an in-network model. Northpoint has grown from two facilities to 14 today entirely on a de novo basis with plans to expand rapidly in both existing and new markets. Northpoint has an opening for an Alumni Coordinator for our Colorado portfolio of facilities.

POSITION SUMMARY: As a key member of the Northpoint team, the Alumni Coordinator is responsible for scheduling, communicating, planning and executing Alumni events. This person will track merchandise and inventory, oversee Northpoint alumni programs, and provide long lasting recovery support. This position bridges graduating clients to a smooth transition into a recovery centered life, while keeping them connected to the Northpoint community and the alumni program. This is truly the heart and soul of our successful outcomes.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

  • Maintain database of all Northpoint Recovery alumni
  • Track and report specified data to supervisor
  • Have a deeply intimate knowledge of the entire alumni population
  • Collaborate in a team setting with the Director of Alumni as well as other market Alumni Coordinators
  • Coordinate and execute alumni meetings and events
  • Coordinate alumni and patient interactions including scheduling alumni speakers at the inpatient level
  • Work with clinical staff to maintain knowledge of the population, communicate alumni information items and maintain the alumni program as a healthy environment
  • Increase access to support and community resources for the alumni of Northpoint facilities Coordinate alumni anniversaries and acknowledgement
  • Maintain engagement from all WashingtonIdahoNorthpoint facility alumni
  • Maintain regular presence at all WashingtonIdahoWashington facilities
  • Create regular content and engagement in Northpoint alumni social media
  • Distribute exit surveys and follow up on completion
  • Generate online reviews for each WashingtonIdaho facility
  • Manage and maintain inventories of alumni merchandise
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with established policies and procedures and standards of care
  • Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the field of Behavioral Health or other relevant industry preferred
  • Must have a valid drivers’ license, a safe driving record, and reliable transportation

  • Social ease and a demonstrated ability to build relationships with a variety of different people and personality types
  • Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism
  • Ability to effectively prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

  • Completion of a tuberculin screening during first week of employment
  • Completion of a pre-employment drug screening, post-accident and random for upon reasonable suspicion of use
  • Completion of orientation and required paperwork prior to reporting to work
  • Demonstrated computer literacy
  • Completion of CPR/First Aid Training within first 90 days of employment
  • Attendance at all mandatory staff development and training
  • Completion of background and reference checks
  • Completion of Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation:

  • $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
