Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC, established in 2009, is a growing, behavioral healthcare treatment platform treating adults with substance use disorder and co-occurring conditions under the Northpoint Recovery brand and adolescents with mental healthcare conditions under the Imagine by Northpoint brand. The Company serves patients with commercial health insurance and is an in-network model. Northpoint has grown from two facilities to 14 today entirely on a de novo basis with plans to expand rapidly in both existing and new markets. POSITION SUMMARY: The Executive Vice President of Human Resources is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, reporting to the CEO, the EVP of HR will be responsible for the full array of HR-related functions and initiatives, as well as developing and delivering the HR strategy to align with business needs. The successful candidate will have the passion and enthusiasm to drive the HR strategy forward, motivate employees, and help bring the HR organization to the next level of performance while growing with the business. Charged with providing comprehensive oversight, planning, and management of all human resources functions at Northpoint, the EVP of HR will be a champion of the organization's core values and strategic commitment to attract, retain, advance, and support Northpoint’s workforce to the highest level of excellence. The EVP of HR will be a reliable resource and subject matter expert for all policy, compliance, benefits administration, talent acquisition, performance management, and compensation and leads all HR organizational design and development of initiatives platform-wide. Candidates will demonstrate a proven track record in Organizational Development, while leading a team to drive culture, and positioning the organization for continued growth and success. The ideal candidate will exhibit an executive presence and bring experience working alongside c-suite team members and a board of directors to drive human resources functions.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

  • Develop and execute HR initiatives aligned with the organization's mission and strategic vision.
  • Develop, recommend, and ensure effective implementation of standardized staffing plans and operational programs necessary to meet strategic direction established by the executive team and Board of Managers
  • Work closely with the expanded HR team to design organizational efficiencies and improved programs to ensure high levels of employee satisfaction and retention; reinforce a culture of excellence
  • Provide governance and operational oversight for all facets of the HR function companywide; oversee, influence, and assure that business units meet and exceed budgeted KPIs and metrics
  • Plan, administer and monitor the consistent readiness of quality management, regulatory requirements and quality improvement processes
  • Works with senior leadership to drive strategy focused on organizational culture, employee onboarding, training, and develops and maintains the employee systemwide employee recognition program
  • Develops and oversees all management training and leadership development programs
  • Lead the company’s recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives to ensure access to top talent
  • Manage the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and programs to support human resources operations and maximize efficiency and effectiveness
  • Oversee the company's performance management program, including providing guidance and support to managers on performance reviews and disciplinary action
  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent
  • Develop and maintain positive employee relations by providing guidance and support to employees and managers
  • Evaluate financial reports including revenue, expenses, and other key metrics and provide guidance and oversight to market leaders and corporate directors
  • Ensure the integration of direct and indirect teams and strive to improve workflows and efficient day-to-day operations. Leverage new and existing technologies to improve decision making
  • Maintain a fiscally sound, industry-leading work environment that promotes outstanding patient care to a growing portfolio of facilities
  • Participate in the development of the annual budget and monitor expenditures, analyze gross profit factors, market conditions, business volume/mix, competition and operational costs
  • Serve as an advisor and thought partner to the CEO and market leadership teams; drive best practices
  • Lead multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Establish goals, define deliverables, obtain feedback, balance resources, and manage timing expectations; proactively identify and address complex roadblocks
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with 42 CFR Part 2 and all other established policies, procedures and standards of care
  • Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION:

  • SHRM or SPHR certification strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Minimum of ten (10) years in human resources management, including at least 5 years in a progressively responsible exempt level leadership experience in a healthcare setting
  • Comprehensive knowledge of relevant human resources laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain internal and external relationships in a fast paced environment while maintaining focus on execution and results
  • Excellent and proven leadership skills
  • Able to think strategically and collaborate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Action oriented with the ability to: adapt to change, work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive to finish
  • Consulting experience working on optimizing processes and operational efficiencies is preferred
  • A strategic mind-set and the ability to generate new, creative ways to drive positive outcomes
  • Must have sound business judgment
  • The ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management, throughout Northpoint, and with external constituents is crucial
  • Experience with a growing company with multiple entities preferred
  • Multi-site experience required
  • Must be able to extract and understand information from multiple segregated data sites

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

  • Completion of a tuberculin screening during first week of employment

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation:

  • $190,000 - $225,000 annual salary
